Accessing Documents in CertiPay
Once documents are uploaded to employee records, they can be accessed in CertiPay. Log into CertiPay, and then click the Employee Maintenance list and select HR Profile.
To access documents for an employee, you must select them from the Find Employee link on the top right corner. Locating an employee profile.
Click the Employee Documents tab to display all documents that have been uploaded for the employee will display.

To view only documents with a specific category, click the Category drop-down and select the desired entry.

To view a document, highlight the document name and click View Document.

To delete a document, highlight the document name and click Delete Document.
When finished, click Close.
